Ya learn something new every day

Uncle Mike's swivels are made in China and contain lead? I just read the packaging on a new set of swivels and studs ??? I bought for my 336 .35 Remington and when you call to talk to them, they answer as Bushnell scopes?

Are they painted? If they are, that's likely where the lead comes in.

I see the lead as a non-issue.  I really hate "Made in China."

That's strange. The set of Uncle Mike's swivel studs I have says made in the USA. But now you have to consider it is about 2 years old and it also has no number.
