Are you referring to the SKSMAN@AOL.com site?  Can you be a little more specific on what you ordered (full description) and price, date and time and how did you place the order (credit card/ e-mail; credit card/ phone; personal check, money order, etc.)?

Don't know if we can do anything.  If I were you, I would contact my credit card company and cancel the order immediately, or tell them that you suspect a scam and place the order on Dispute..NON-PAYMENT STATUS till you find out more.  Some times they will bill the credit card immediately, even if the part is on back-order.  Good Luck.

I recall a similar problem a few years ago in the American Rifleman magazine, I don't remember if it was SAMCO or Sarco, it was one of them, but a guy ordered a Persian Mauser and was stiffed on it.  The magazine published the warning in an article.  :?

The suspected problem company advertised in Shotgun News and I was suspicious as they kept running ads for all these imported guns that were common to us in the late 1980's but are now all bought out, year after year with no changes.  Obviously they did not have the items shown, but they seemed to get away with it for awhile.  Sounds like that SKS titled company might be in the same boat.  In any event, we can help each other out by noting scam outfits to protect us all.  I just sold my last SKS rifle a few days ago and had been shopping the NET to add a scope on it this last Winter, so I do remember the company in question.  I eventually bought a scope/mount from a gunshow dealer that I knew.
