Dial-A-Range (Horton) sticking.

My dial-a-range is sticking when going from a higher number back to 0. Works great going from 0 up. Anyone have any tips for either cleaning what is causing it to stick or a spray cleaner to use?
Thanks,
Jess

Sticking, something has gotten into assembly. Spray it with triflow or even WD40.

I'm not a Horton shooter but hear tell that is common [problem. Several Horton owners on another forum recommend disabling the Dial a Range to prevents it's movement then using the scope reticule to establish aim points
