Hello,
I live in the Houston area and have been following the story of Mr Horn who shot and killed two burglars who were burglarizing his neighbors home. I'm sure that most of you are familiar with the story. Last night, the local news was discussing the issue. In the background, they showed an Encore shotgun as an example of a shotgun. I found this very odd. Why choose the Encore as an example shotgun as it is by far NOT the most popular type of shotgun. Were they trying to say that Mr Horn used an Encore? I am pretty sure he did NOT. He shot twice in rapid succession at two guys. I doubt he could reload the Encore that fast. Or, is this the beginning of the media trying to vilify even the single shot platform of firearms? Makes me wonder....
