nikon slug hunter

has anyone used it and what do you think. Planning on using on a Marlin l1895 45-70.Thanks

Depending on what load you are shooting, I've been told that the Lever-evolution load for the 45-70 will match up perfectly with the Nikon Omega Muzzleloader scope.  I had two Omega's, they worked well when I remembered to use the circles.  Old habits are hard to break, I never used the circles.  The scope was awesome though.  Perfect size for a 3-9x40 IMO, and tons of eye relief for the hard kickers.  Great optics too.  I would imagine that the Slug Hunter would match up pretty well with the heavy bullet loads and the 45-70.
