Which handi is this?
« on: December 11, 2007, 05:17:01 AM »
I saw this on the handiholic site and thought that is what I want.  The barrel contours look like a H&R topper but the high hammer look like a NEF Handi.  The sights say its not a superlight either.

I don't think it's coming up after I copied and pasted it.  It shows a Handi with a fairly slender barrel contour, normal front sight peep rear sight.  The straight stock could be a Cinnamon Lam but the color is all walnut.

I can't see your pic but the superlite youth barrels do have sites.
It may be one of them with new stocks.

That is a site that Tallyho put together and that is one of his favorite guns, I may be mistaken but it may be a 30-30, I am sure he will know all about it....<><....:)

The Handi on the home page is Kerry's 357Max with a cinn laminated straight grip stock, just like mine on top in the pic below, but without the checkering.

The 357Max is a standard contour, I'm pretty sure, His 30-30 is the one with the mannlicher forend in the group photo, it's a Model 158 which had a much thinner profile. Here's a pic of it when I had it.
