If you have seen my other post you probably realize I like the 6.5Cal's. The barrel on this Tender was built by OTT. It is a 13" step-up, after leaving the frame it steps up to full 1" Dia. I didn't have any intentions of using it for deer hunting so I had it short throated for the lighter bullets. It has a 6 hole scope base and a Burris 3x12 scope. The wood is from Ole Georgia Jim with my finish in a high gloss. I call this one Ole Glory. I havent shot it a lot and really still in load D on this one, but it is showing good potential.

Nice-looking rig!
By the way, while I prefer heavier bullets in the 6.5s, that 100 grain Sierra HP you are shooting will do alright as a deer bullet out to 150/175 yards given top-end loads
