Per my doctors instructions, I have been taking 3000mg of the fish oil gel capsules daily for over one year. According to the before and after blood tests, it has significantly reduced the cholesterol and triglyceride counts. I am a believer.

Me too. I've had Multiple Sclerosis for over 30 years now. With MS it is obvious that getting enough exercise is simply not an option. I smoke, drink to excess on frequent occasions, 25 #'s overweight, and family history of heart conditions. Yet, I've been a salmon fishermen with my wife and crew for much of my adult life and have used salmon instead of tuna in every recipe. I eat salmon spread on crackers for lunch at least 2-3 times a week for years. At my last check up, my blood pressure was 120/65 and a cholesterol count was 130 HDL and my LDL was 100 for a total 230 count. Doc says it is high, but with my HDL 3 times higher than normal people, it offsets the high count. The high HDL count attributed to large Omega 3 food intake, is what the Doc attributes to my excellent blood pressure. Nothing else even comes close to explaining why it is so low. It certainly isn't due to exercise.
