Unless it's one of the SB2 combo guns that originally came with a centerfire rifle barrel also, No, only shotgun barrels can ge fitted to the SB1 frame. The best way to find out what barrels can be fitted is call H&R and ask, they'll want the serial number of the frame, toll free (866)776-9292, they'll be closed Monday.
