Info at the cited link sports a note: ** Patented single spring mechanism for both hammer and trigger. If true it would indicate an internal rework also. IIRC the RH uses that single spring design ~

Give them time ?????They may listen to what the consumer wants sometime ::). Savage seems to be and it's worked out for them so far! To bad Ruger and Remington don't.

Yes, I've emailed Remington and told them I'd like to see a model 7 stainless in .223 again?

Too bad they didn't bring back the Redhawk in .45 Colt with a 5&1/2" barrel in stainless?


They are showing the Redhawk in 45 Colt with the 4" barrel as being new for 2008.
