reloading for the .460, 454, 45colt????

can you use 460 dies to reload 454, and or, 45 colt?

No, but you might be able to use 45 Colt dies to load the 454 and 460.

you can definately use the 45 colt to load 454 don't know about the 460..

You're supposed to be able to use the 45 Colt for the both the 454 and the 460.  I picked up an Encore barrel this summer in 460 and got a set of reloading dies.  The gentleman I bought it from had been using the dies to reload all three:  45 Colt, 454, and the 460.

My redding dies are marked 45 COLT / 454 .
if it helps i can re size 38spl. and 357 mag with 357 max. dies never seat bullets with them if i remember they are to long to do a good job .  ( they are carbide and my 38/357 dies aren't )
