SX2
« on: January 17, 2008, 12:19:01 PM »
I can get a new SX2 for under $600 with shipping and tax. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with the gun and if it has any faults ore breakage problems? Thanks

That sounds like a reasonable price. I've had one for 6 or 7 years without any problems. I have duck and dove hunted with it, sometimes in pretty nasty weather. Mine is a 12 ga. chambered for 2 3/4 and 3 inch shells. It is the walnut/blued version. The SX2 is the same gun as a Browning Gold, except there is no magazine cutoff on the SX2.

they are great guns !
when i go to Canada to duck and goose hunt i take 2 - 3 1/2 inch ones w/28 in bbls and deer hunt some with a turkey model and of course turkey hunt with same .
i traded a black eagle for one and have been glad as the BE would jam alot in the crud ya hunt in in Canada . We have to power wash them sometimes !
its also the fastest shooting auto out today !
If ya can see it ya can hit it !
