super deal

I was at Sports Athority last night, and I saw some Muzzy 100 gr 3 blade broad heads... the same ones I shoot. The six packs were running at 29.99, but when I looked at the little sticker on the actual packs, it said 13.49   Well I decided to grab two packs (even though I dont' need them) and see if I could get the 13.49 price. After a little talk with the manager, they honored the price and I bought a dozen Muzzy broadheads for $27. HA ha!

My only regret is that I didn't take all of the ones on the shelf
Cheers,

If i were you i'd go back and buy more.
I only wish a shop around here would mis-price a couple packs of Spitfires.
I'm getting sick of paying all the money for them.  The only thing that keeps my coming back to them is the quality behind them!!!!
Or at least go back and check out some spitfire mis-prices for me ;)

If I'm not mistaken, Walmart has the 100gr Muzzy 3-blade for $14.76 and the 4-blade for $14.96.  Same price for the 125's...at least here they are.  Good deal though!!!  It's always nice to have a find like that!   Regards,

Matt :D

I used them the very first year I bowhunted. I thought that they looked real cool and I heard some good things about them. Shee, I shot a nice little buck (my first deer I ever shot at with a bow) and it hit him a little high heck he didn't shed a drop of blood at all. He broke the broadhead off with five inches of the arrow in him and kept going. To say the least they wont ever be on the end of a arrow of mine again. I have used mechanicals every since and every deer that I have hit with them have dropped within 50 to 70 yard of my stand. Thats a broadhead. Just my oppion guys.

Was that the 3 pack or the six pack. I have seen the 3 pack for pretty cheap. but these were the 6 packs.

By the way. I, adnd many people I know, have killed deer with muzzy broadheads, so I'll stick with them. My father shot 3 deer last year with the same broad head and one shot went through the front leg bone on exit. He said that he will use the SAME broad head this year too... Guess he only had to buy the three pack

Daaaang! I didn't notice (for some reason) that was the 6 pack.  I believe it's the 3 pack walmart sells.  That's a heckuva deal!  rpseven, did you think maybe it was the shot and not the broadhead?  I've heard and seen nothing but good about muzzy.  My uncle has always used them with great success and I will use the 125's this fall. All you've gotta do is point that muzzy in the right direction and lett'er eat! Regards,

Matt

sorry to make you guys feel bad, but I went back again, and looked to see if they would make the mistake again, and I found one more with teh wrong price. it was in the section with the 125 grn packs... so I got them.
hee hee :-D  I have already promised one pack to a friend for the same price. I shot the practice blades and they are exactly where the field tips hit. I am in luck I guess
