Ebay Fallout

I know ebay has stopped all gun/barrel/stock sales. There was always alot of NEF/H&R stuff on there for sale. My question is, where is this stuff being sold now? I was always bidding on barrels and stocks. I had hoped that all this stuff would come to GBO but I haven't seen it. Is there another site where these barrels and stocks are being sold???

I have noticed a few things on gunbroker lately. I don't remember seeing nay parts on there before ebay shut down their gun parts.  Other than that, I haven't seen much.

There have been more barrels here but i have not noticed anywhere that the general public is going to sell there barrels....

Ebay still lists stocks, right now there are 4986+ listings for gun parts, including stocks, most that still can be listed, there will be some new listings that they haven't pulled yet tho.

I don't think *most* people will take the time/effort to find a new place to sell, then go through the registration process...to them it's probably not worth the hassle.

Ebay has almost become a lifestyle to many...once you get addicted, you just keep selling and selling...when you run out of things to sell, you start selling other things (you never planned on selling). I think many of the auctions we all loved were from this very reason.

I bet most of the parts that *would have been* sold on ebay, will now just find their way to local gun shows and such...with a small number of those making onto gunbroker or the like.

I too have wondered where all the barrels have gone.  There used to be at least 20 at any given time on eBay.   I saw one barrel on gunbroker a few weeks ago, and It didn't even come up on a keyword search, I had to browse through a category search. 

The good news I see is that the absence of eBay has brought the price of barrels back down to fair market value.  Most barrels here are at or below $100, where bidding would run them up to the $150 range.

  I know a lot of the "clips and grips" guys have moved over to Gunbroker. Also Auction Arms offered Ebay sellers a "sellers incentive" package that allowed them to move their Ebay handle and items for sale directly over to the AA website. That being said, there hasn't been a really noticeable increase in Handi stuff that I can see either place. There seems to be more non-licensed sellers on Gunsamerica than anyplace else, but bargains are few and far between.
