More Clinton Mistruths
« on: December 05, 2007, 11:00:16 AM »
Here we go again.  I think Hitlery has and will continue lessons from Slick Willy.  In today's news Hitlery's campaign stated that over 80 different ministers in SC endorsed her candidacy.  Upon checking the endorsement list, the facts revealed only about 50 different ministries.  "The wives of at least two pastors were on the campaign's list, including Colleen Brown of Cleveland Chapel Baptist in Spartanburg. Wright said if wives were listed, they're ordained ministers. But the Rev. Timothy Brown said his wife is not ordained."   Imagine if she were president and again the public is told that the Brady Bill prevented 10,000 felons from possessing firearms.  That is what her husband said in his reelection remarks during a debate.  If that were true and having the address on the form, why were only 3 felons prosecuted for attempting to purchase a firearm, which in itself is unlawful.  If one thinks GW Bush mislead the country over the Iraq war, imagine what Hitlery would do in misleading the public with every comment about anything.  And if she had no knowledge of her campaign spokes people, what knowledge would she deny about intelligence reports.  She would be Captain of the ship and is responsible for actions by her underlings.  If she had knowledge, why lie?  Just to distort the facts and make her look better.

It is not hard for me to believe, however it escapes me that the public support for her is so high.  I do not understand the majority logic of totally ignoring the facts in favor of emotional desire.  Since this appears to her modus operandus, do these supporter still believe that she is in their best interest with all the lies.  And if they do believe, that to me is more sad for American politics since this is the thought processes of the voters that elect these officials to enact laws the rest of us are supposed to abide by.  I'm not jumping off that bridge just because my neighbor did.

I've always been able to tell when a politician is lying.

That's one clue.  They lie when their mouths are open, and when they are not.

There is not 80 minsters in SC that supports her. The only people that support her here is the same people who want to ban guns and hunting and even then they like Obama  better. She has no chance here. I see more Mike Hukebee and Obama Signs and one Ron Paul that someone stuck on the Huekbee bill boards everywhere.  Bill came to Rock Hill the other day and no one showed up.

Well I'm sure it's not THE Slick Willy but yeah someone registered this afternoon as slickwilly all lower case and one word. Perhaps we'll be seeing posts from him in the coming days. I'm betting he has never been President of the Vice (er or is that the US) before.

It is just my opinion, but I absolutely would not choose a handle like Slick Willy, after all I know about him.  I certainly am not in criticism of the gentleman who did.  I am curious as to reading his posts however.

In the past that was some times the case. Now I mostly activate all new accounts myself as soon as I see them register and all who've not done so when I first log on each session. To activate folks have to get the e-mail and click the link. From experience we know not all get the e-mail with an active link to activate their account so I usually do it several times daily.

But yeah there are folks who register and never make a post. Far more people read than post on all sites.

It is amazing how the Clinton's can still show their faces in public.  With all their shady campaign donations, pardons given out to friends, accusations of rape and harassment against Bill, and shady real estate deals; the fact she is even in the running truly shows how ignorant much of the public is about politics.

I would support Ron Paul; I love his small government politics.  I am basically a libertarian at heart.  However, I saw him make a comment in a debate that basically implied we were attacked on 9-11 because of American involvement in the middle east.

Sorry, I cannot vote for a man that would take any accountability for that horrendous act away from the evil bast*#$%s that did it.
I do respect his views on Iraq, at least he has been against it from the beginning, instead of the democrats like hillary that flipped on the issue simply for political posturing.

I do still think that now we are there, we should finish the job.  Go Fred Thompson.

I have a Clinton Question.
If the slogan in 88 was 2 for the vote for one and Hillary was a co-president does that make her ineligible to run as she has served her 8 years allowed by law?
I also have a few questions if I can ever get near her and a mike.
" Mrs Clinton if elected will you be returning the items you stole from the white house when you left last time?"
"Is there anything you wish you had taken that the parks department should cement in place?"
"Will you be hiring only male interns as your husband will be bored being the first lady?"

Fred Thompson hasn't done much. That is why I like him.  He doesn't seem to lust after power.  Also, maybe his do nothing would carry over to the presidency.   I am in favor of small government so a president that doesn't do much sounds like a dream.  What the people of this country need is simply to be left alone.

However, I am afraid you are right, he doesn't seem to be getting anywhere in the polls.  I like Mike Huckabee, so if he gets the nomination, I will definitly vote for him before I vote for anyone from the "socialist" democrat party.

i heard Fred speak on a radio show a few days before he recently pulled out of the race. what i heard turned me into a avid supporter.he is intelligent and articulate and his views on the issues were that of a true conservative republican.i was very disappointed when he pulled out. he seemed like the only true conservative choice. i think the prob is that some people realize that this job is not worth the crap you have to put yourself and your family thru to get it.he put himself out there in a no BS manner with out the glitz and glamor of the other candidates, America didnt respond in sufficient numbers and he hung it up.dont blame him a bit. he wasnt a beggar like it seems some of the other candidates are.

I too was disappointed to see Fred drop out.  I wonder if any of the remaining candidates will pick him up as a running mate.   ???
