This may be a dumb ? , i have a Mod 10-40x50 with lighted retical and need to change the batt but have no clue how to do it . any ideas ?

They have a toll free number for CS, good luck. Now that I've seen the one on their website, the battery should be in the top of the illumination control, that's where it is on all of the IR scopes I have.

I have one somewhere and remember that it had an extra battery
HHmmmm got me thinking now, tomorrow I will have to dig it out of the corner of my office and look.
