You can get one through the Accessory barrel program at H&R/NEF.  The muzzle loader barrel will fit on either the shotgun receiver, SB1 or the centerfire rifle receiver, SB2.  .50 Cal Huntsman blued barrel, $85 + $15 fitting fee and $10 return shipping.  See the FAQ at the top of the NEF Centerfire thread.  There is a lot of useful information there.

What constitutes a smokeless barrel? Why couldnt you just use the regular Nef/H&R barrel? Are they not strong enough, or is it a breech plug issue? Im asking because I am going to order a huntsmen barrel from H&R and was thinking that if MI legalizes smokeless MZloading I might be able to switch to it.

The Huntsman barrel isn't rated for smokeless powder pressures, just BP or subs, you'll have to spend some money for a smokeless rated barrel. ;)

As  mentioned using smokeless powder in any rifle or barrel that is not specifically made and rated for smokeless is definately not to be done. It is a quick way to end your career in short order. Most muzzleloading rifles will have some sort of failure when subjected to the pressures of smokeless powder. Even the smokeless ones have to be handled with extreme care as loading smokeless powder loose in a barrel leaves more room for error than handloading cartridges in a reloading press. Specific powders, bullet weights and loading procedures are more critical with smokeless.  Black powder and subs are a little more forgiving for slight errors, which is not to say care should not be used in all cases.
