Maintaining Helath and Physical Conditionong
« on: January 30, 2008, 12:54:27 PM »
A story appeared on the news today stating that opting for moderate drinking every day may induce as good or better overall physical health as daily moderate exercise... JEEZ, the regulars at my rod & gun club must be like Jack LaLanne!   (::))

I think I'll just take my chances with bicycling and kayaking.  At least with these two activities I don't have to worry about harming someone else if I over do it.  And I don't think I'll be needing the services of a lawyer, or bail bondsman.
