Made some good moose rounds the other day in "A1 gravy." I love A1. Started with bacon fat, garlic, onions, mushrooms, pepper, salt, whatever other spices, a little milk and flour. Let that mix together, Add some (quite a bit) A1 and some moose rounds, let it simmer.
Ate it with mac and cheese.
If that ain't rednek cooking, I don't know what is.
