Any way to Mount a single shot rossi for a shotgun scope

would these things work on a single shot rossi 20 gauge. to mount a scope or red dot

not sure what they are for but was thinking if they worked around my barrel and i got a high riser then maybe it would work... just a thought i might be way off... lol   that's why I'm asking...

NO DUMB QUESTIONS.... JUST REALLY SAD ONES.....LOL

I would take your gun to a local gun smith and get a mount that will fit your barrel and they can drill and tap and you will have a
good solid set up.
