replacement stock for an Ithaca LSA-55 22-250

My brother is hunting a replacement stock for a Ithaca LSA 55 22-250.

He really wants a composite stock, but any replacement stock would work.

The gun was stolen, and the parties that stole it got scared and threw the gun out the window of a moving vechile.

This gun has always been a good shooter and he wants to get it back into shape....

I don't believe you'll find a drop factory built for the LSA.  It might be possible to have one custom built but that can be costly.  What about a laminated stock.  Several companies offer them for nearly any action you can name but they will require serious installation.  You might try the link at the bottom of the page!!  There are several companies offering excellant wood stocks.  Although there again you are looking at some serious installation.  You might try the 'GunList' section titled "gun stocks for sale".  Some of the folks there sell takeoff stocks.  Also I would try GunParts just in case they might have a stock for the LSA.  I seem to remember the seemed to have cornered the market on LSA stocks once when I was looking for them..  good luck!!
