At the very least, having a ND is embarassing (in his case much more but it could have been a lot worse), and I admire the guy's honesty and courage in trying to make this a lesson for others. Reality is unfortunately a far better learning tool then repetitive rules (even the most important ones). I hope people learn from his experience and it serves to help everyone (including me)to think and to be more careful. My hats off to this man for doing this after his experience, and I'll pray for his full recovery.
Good thing he didn't get into his femoral arteries!
