Optima accuracy expectations
« on: March 15, 2008, 04:49:45 AM »
I have an Optima 50 cal.

What kind of 100 yd accuracy should I expect using triple seven 100 grains plus a powerbelt 295 grain bullet?

Thanks

My Optima does better with 90g of 777 loose. 1.5 to 2" all day with powerbelts. Don't want to push powerbelts real hard. It likes 300g xtps with mmp sabot as well.

That's the thing with ML's you have to go out and shoot them. It differs from each greatly. Same with rifles.
