I purchased at a gun show yesterday, a model 94 serial number 6046249.  I'm curious as to the date of manufacture.  None of the sites that reference that information, go that late in model, at least not the ones I've been to.  Anyone have any idea?  The dealer at the show thought it was made sometime in the 1990's, but wasn't sure either.  This has that cross bolt safety also.  Is that a good thing or not?  It is in real good shape, looks almost new.  I paid $399 for it, don't know if I paid too much or not.  I guess if I'm satisfied , then I didn't.  Thanks in advance for any information that you can provide.

Out of range.

From the serial number, I don't think it has been made yet.  Haha.

The last date my book shows is 1991 with approx last number at 6008296
My guess would be 92 or 93
