Standard TC barrel is available in 15" .22 LR. I have one, and like it. Kinda. Haven't found really accurate ammo yet for it.
So far, it likes CCI the best and Remington the least. It is hunting accurate, just not one hole 5-shot accurate.
Just be sure that, if you are going to put a scope on it, you are buying the correct mount. It took me three tries, from TC at that, to get the right one.
They weren't a whole lot of help.

I had MGM make a barrel for my Encore, it's a 14 inch stainless steel. I believe they use Shilen blanks for their barrels.  I've set this frame up for rimfire only with a Stratton rimfire firing pin conversion.  And topped it off with a Weaver T36 and Georgia Jim furniture.

Completed breaking in the barrel using Remington Bulk Pack ammo, here's some 10shot groups shot during the completion of the barrel break in.

Now comes the fun part to see what ammo it likes best.  Have about 15 different brands to try during the next range session

I have the 24" barrel and can keep 10 shots in about a penny size at 50 yards.  I use CCI.

Finding scope bases was difficult.  Neither TC no Weaver ever answered me.  I went to Conetrol.  George Miller came back with an answer in about two hours.  The bases are the same as TC uses on their black powder guns.

I bought his bases and rings.  I'm a big believer in Conertol.

Shoot some .22 in Contender with a scope. Best ammo I've found is Green Tag by CCI, but it's pricey.  PMC Sidewinder is great if you can find it.  Just depends on what the barrel likes.
