Personal Emergency GPS tracking devices

I saw a commercial on one of the outdoor channels that was advertising an personal GPS tracking device that also allowed text messaging for about $170.00. I can't remember the name of the product, should have wrote it down. I've been doing some googling and have found a few products but not at this price level. Has anyone else seen this ad?
