The single set trigger you've got is fully adjustable, and the owner's manual is pretty clear on how to set it up. With a little care and testing to see that it all works the way you like by dry-firing and bouncing the butt off the floor a little, it's pretty hard to beat.
My CZs are getting progressively smoother the more I shoot them. I haven't used an abrasive or lapping compound, just shoot, cycle, shoot, cycle, repeat. I did polish the inside of the magazine lips on the 527 however. That was pretty craggy to start and still isn't perfect.
