7.62X54R Brass anyone?
« on: March 06, 2008, 08:51:24 AM »
Does anyone have a clue where I can find a small quantity of reloadable (boxer primed) brass)  Why is it not readily available?  With the quantity of rifles available, I am really surprised that I don't see it from Winchester or Remington.  I have RCBS dies, but no brass.

Just need to know where to look.

Norma also makes the brass and it floats around.

Other option is to find some PPU headstamps and reload that.

Mostly cause the reloading demand is fairly low, because of the low price of milsurp ammo.

Reeds has the best price I have seen anywhere.

I bought some loaded PMC ammo just to get a few cases.  Cost was reasonable, and if I remember right, less than the same amount of Norma brass.
