Savage 99DL Stocks

I have a Savage 99DL in 308 Win. I would like to swap stocks in favor of the earlier non-monty carlo w/cut checkering.
Anyone know if this is practical and where the stocks can be obtained used? Even prefere the schnable forearm if possible. Thanks and good luck. POW

POW :  I believe the stocks are basically the same and should work, you can look on ebay as I have seen some there of course that would be aftewr posting what you are looking for on the GB clasified adds first that way someone here would have the oppertunity to help you out first. :D    JIM
