One more added to the Handi Family!!

Here's the 24" fluted bull barrel 270 and frame I bought from Mac, put a grind-to-fit Old English finished Pachmayr Decelerator pad on a cinnamon laminated stock set, thought it would look nicer than the H&R pad, and it does. ;)

Thanks guys.  ;) I gotta do a trigger job on it before I shoot it, it has a 6½lb trigger, dunno what happened to the nice triggers that H&R was doing for the last few years, but this one and the 38-55 Target both have heavy triggers, both made last year. :-\

That's a very nice looking rifle, Tim.  I do believe the cinnamon laminates against the blue metal create one nice looking package. 

Good job with the pad.  Its looks good on there.

Thanks again fellas, I've been anxious to get it put together since I picked it up last week at my dealer, but just didn't have all my ducks in a row on the recoil pad, took me about 2hrs sanding yesterday afternoon to get it done and pics taken!! :D

Well, actually it's still #42 cuz I sold one of the 270 Ultracomp barrels to Doug(canon6) to help him with his shoulder, now I have an extra frame to put another barrel on, actually two, I also have a spare SB1 nickel Topper frame, so I have 44 frames, 42 complete guns.  :)
