Magazine Adapter

Does anyone have any information on an adapter that goes on an eight round magazine so it will work well in a Defender/Officer sized frame. I remember seeing one several years ago, but now I am drawing a blank.

I had a friend give me some rubber slip-on ones once.  He didn't like them, and I didn't like them either.  They would only work well if you glued them in place and that defeated the purpose of being able to use the magazines in both pistols.  44 Man.
