The day after I get my new five pin sight... we have 30 mile an hour gusts, knocking my arrows all over the place!
But even in the winds, it's shooting better than my old sight! I had a three pin that the housing wasn't what you would call circular... hahaha. With a new peep and new sight, it makes a huge difference!
Due to the wind... I'm still getting 8" groups at 50 yards, but that will come together.
I can see a little twirl in my arrows, gonna need to re-tune. I believe I may have switched to a little bit heavier arrow a couple of months ago and never retuned... Also the new arrows I got were the carbon express "weight forward" so that probably threw her off a little too.
The sight is one of the cobra side winder sights, really bright fiber optics, great sight picture with a 3/16th peep, one of the 38 degree angle mounted peeps.
