i think i finally may have found a load that will shoot in my handi .22-250. after 8 months of testing, testing and more testing with nothing good to show for it i decided to give the varmint grenades a run. i loaded up some with varget and with W748 and both gave me some promising results. with a max load of varget it turned in some 3/4 inch groups and with a near max load of W748 they were turning in an inch or slightly better. up till this point i couldnt get anything much under 1.5 inches at 100. if the weather decides to keep cooperating around here for a while ill be able to run them again and maybe get them shooting a bit tighter. should be devastating on some summer pup coyotes and groundhogs.
