A blued Knight DISC Elite or similar in .45 w/a rifling twist appropriate for a 200gr SW.  Here is the real challenge:  An actual walnut stock!  Not laminated or anything else.  Actual walnut with cut checkering. 

Basically make an affordable inline that looks and handles like a good bolt-action centerfire and is capable of 200 yard accuracy.

My .50 DISC Elite is about perfect for me.  Just kind of ugly.
