ordered the rossi 410 gun

Hello All. I have the gun smith sending order for the rossi 410 gun this week. The place he deals with has it listed as available only with the synthetic stock, which I said was good enough for me. I have a box of Remington 3" 11/16 oz. #6 shot, and he is ordreing two box of rifle slugs for me also. I asked what he thought would be the best slugs, he said Benneke German slugs. So thats what I'm getting. My freind agreed with that. After I recieve the new gun and have  the ammunition, targets, and whatever else is needed, we will go to the range, and I will let you know the results. Have a good weekend. tucker

Hi Tucker,

Good to hear you ordered the Rossi. Just keep in mind that without any aiming sights on the gun (you’ll only have a brass bead on the front end for “pointing” when shooing shot), you probably won’t get spectacular accuracy because you won’t be able to aim that well. Even if you shoot reasonably well at closer ranges, that will change as you move further away if you don’t have any sight system. Of course, you can have a gunsmith fit your gun with open sights.

Go to Walmart, they sell them with the 22 barrel also as the replacement for the NEF Versapack, think they are selling for $139.00 with both barrels.  Larry
