OK, back in the mid '90's i bought this bow and arrow set for $50 it is covered with camo tape. i believe it was a BEAR , maybe a Kodiak ... can't remember for sure.. there is no round emblem on it but it is indented like there was one there.

i am curious of the value of this bow and was wondering if anyone knows a good way to remove the tape without damage to the bow and without leaving the sticky feel on it? it is a nice creamy and brown coloring .. not sure why he taped it all up... i think he hunted with it and didn't want the white coloring in the woods.. it shoots good and i used it a few years for hunting but never got anything with it.. killed a lot of hay bales and targets though... any help would be great.... thanks

I have had good luck with orange oil furniture polish, or Goo Gone. use a plastic spatula or scraper and go slow.
