new glass on my ultra varmint

I picked up a mueller eraticator friday after work, I also have two mueller 8.5x25x44 tactical milldots and am really suprised at how much clearer the eraticator is at 25 power than the tacticals.  I havnt shot with the scope yet, but I think my only complaint is going to be the 1/8 adjustments as i plan on clicking for yardages .  I looked at some scopes with 1/4 adjustments but the mueller was clearer and i liked the dot reticle. I hope muellers new tactical scope that is in the works has 1/4, or better yet 1/2  adjustments.
