Has anyone slugged the cylinders of a Ruger .41 Mag?  If you have, I would love to know what the diameters you have found.

I am asking for the purpose of doing some cast bullet shooting.

Any help would be great!

I size my bullets .410 and shoot them.  They all hit the targets so I haven't done any slugging.  I can consistently hit an IHMSA pig at 100 yards with my 4 5/8" barrel so I don't see a problem with what I have.  (I won't say how I do on turkeys at 150)

I`m not sure how much difference a .001 makes anyway. I have a .411 Hawk, .411 bore, that will shoot sub moa with .410 pistol bullets. As long as your not so small that your shaving lead I`m not sure that you can not get them to shoot.

I am planning to get an LBT mould for a BK I am getting soon.  Could one of you guys let me know what nose length I would need to order? 

Just measure from the front of the cylinder to the end of a chambered and crimped case (unloaded and unprimed of course).

I believe that Ruger Blackhawks in 4,1 44, and 45 can take a .45 nose (according to the LBT catalog).

Oly,  slugging someone else's gun won't help you a lot I don't think. Best to slug your own before ordering an LBT mold.  I often read that 41's are often cut more uniformly than some other calibers but it would be nice to see some data to support that.

MY BULLET ARE SIZED AT .410 AND LUBED I  USE UNIQUE 7.0 GRAINS AND NO BARREL LEADING AT ALL
