Weaver Rings
« on: March 28, 2008, 12:39:59 PM »
Question.

I just bought a scope for my 25-06 and mounted it myself.  After I tightened the ring screws, I noticed there is a space between the ring mount and the ring itself.  Is this supposed to look like this or are the ring and ring mount supposed to be flush?

I hope this makes sense.  Please help.

If you mean between the ring bottom and the cap at the screw mounting surface, yes, thats normal.
