Am I crazy, impacient... or???
« on: March 29, 2008, 08:28:07 AM »
I noticed last night as I was burning some garbage that cardboard seems to burn a lot slower than it used to.  I wasn't burning regular boxes, but boxes that products came in, like wine, cereal, and coke.

These boxes, cause of whatever coating they are putting on them, or whatever in the hell they put in them now, burn real slow.  And I even threw them on top of a hot fire.  Makes me wonder what is coming out of them in that smoke...

Corbanzo - I think it some sort of a parafin treatment that is supposed to add more resilience to the elements than plain cardboard, which comes apart pretty quickly when wet.  I think it is also a more compressed cardboard.  And don't stand downwind.  Mikey.

I have heard that the inks and paints used on the boxes will make them burn differently.
Density will also make them burn different.
It even makes them burn in some neat colors sometimes.
I carry a single shot.
'cause it only takes one shot.
