Tim, I was trying to find out where to register for "Chat" but could not locate anywhere to register for the "Chat" feature. Then it dawned on me, perhaps you are saying I would have to register again as another member of GB's under a different name to allow me to get into the "Chat" feature? That would really skew the number oif members, sort of like democrats voting twice (or more) in elections.....<><.... 
Yes, you have to register here at GBO under a different username, those that I mentioned are available, don't worry about the number of registered members being skewed, lot of us have alternate usernames, myself included for testing purposes in my case, even GB himself has alternates, so do as others have to work around the software bug that bans some members. When you login in under the alternate name, you'll be logged in to chat when you hit the button.
