Today the Presidents top aid came running into the oval office and said , "Mr. President , I regret to inform you that today there were 21 Brazilian troops killed in Baghdad.
The President looked at his aid and replied , "I am truly sorry to hear this , but just how many are in a brazilian anyways??"
