screw tension , ft. lbs. ?

Anybody help me out with how tight to secure a laminate stock on a T3 Tikka in a 30-06.  appreciate either torq ft. lbs and or verbal instructions.     Thanks Buckfever

Between 25 to 35 inch pounds, not ft. lbs. or you will end up crushing the wood.
