470 nitro express and black powder

Hey guys anyone try loading any of the nitro express rounds with blackpowder or blackpowder sub 777. I have a Encore barrel in 470 NE and I am thinking a 500gr. cast bullet with about 100-120gr. of 777 or pyrodex. Does this sound safe to do? :)

Black should work. Load it so the charge is slightly compressed. No air space!
Trail Boss should work, too. Call IMR and they will talk you thru it on the phone.
