new 45 ACP

Anyone have a FNP-45?? Looking for comments on them before I consider purchase.

Lash - those were written up in one of the recent Gun Tests Magazines but I can't recall what they said about it.  Guns and Ammo's Handguns Magazine ran an article on them in the Feb/March 2008 edition.  They called it a great shooter with all the right trimmings - comes with 3 mags and a double molded case....

Article said nice things but mentioned it was top heavier and had more muzzle flip than the standard 1911.  Accuracy with all loads tested ranged from .75 - 2.3" at 25 yds - pretty good. 

That's about the best I can do for ya buddy.  I had hoped someone else may have something more pertinent and experienced.  HTH.  Mikey.

Thanks for your info. I also have held one at local gun store and it seemed OK to me. I was thinking about any issues that had come up by owners, but guess the gun is to new for that. Thanks
