need advice

If you had a choice between a marlin lever in 45 colt or 357 mag.,which would be the better shooter for 100 to 150 yrd coyote shooting.I reload for both cals.Both priced the same,the 45 has the oct bbl and is 24" long,The 357 is 18 1/2".Which would be the most accurate?What should I expect at 100 yrds off a bench without a scope?

I would go for the 45!
Either will do the job and since you load for both there is no advantage or disadvantage to either.
The longer barrel should be a little easier to shoot with open sights.
Besides, octagon barrels just look cooler.
I am bias towards the 45 anyway.
Just my thinking!!!

As for groups at 100 that depends on to many things to make a guess.
I would expect between 1.5" and 4'', depending on the load-sights- and of course your eyes.
With my eyes it would be in the 4'' to 10" range!

I have both calibers in marlin rifles ; both shoot about the same size 3 to 4 inch groups at 100 yards and both will do in a coyote.  I would choose the 45 first due to more power but its up to you.  Or you could do what I did and get both.
