I really like using wet tumblers. I use stainless steel shot for media. Get some small enough to go in the primer pockets, so it won't get stuck there. I use Dawn dish soap, and plenty of water. Decap first or the cases never dry. Run them for 30-40 minutes, and they're done. I spread the cases out on a towel to dry and they're ready the next day. I've all but gotten away from my vibrating tumbler now, this is faster, and I don't have to inhale walnut dust or replace the media any more.
