Muzzleloader in Namibia
« on: May 08, 2008, 06:52:07 AM »
I am taking a group to Namibia in August and some of them plan to take their M/L's with them.  I can't seem to find anyone that can tell me the best way to get the powder over there.  Do we need to ship our type of powder and primers ahead of time or should we try and find someone in Windhoek that would have black powder and primers and re-sight the guns in once we get there?

Just curious if anyone here has done this and what is the easiest way to do it.

The legal way to do it would to contact your outfitter well ahead of time and have him/her have the primers and powder of your choice waiting for you.  Right now is not to early to start working on this.
