Scientific Conference at Boise State University begins Monday a four day gathering will include more than 50 presentations ranging from lead poising among subsistence hunting Inuits in Alaska and Russia, lead levels in ravens in Yellowstone park, lead found in western Washington swans and the politics of nontoxic ammo. You are gathering a huge weight of evidence to INFER or perhaps even prove there;s a serious health risk, certainly to wildlife, but perhaps even to humans said  rick Watson V.P. of the  peregrine fund in Boise, the sponsor of the meeting.  N. Dakota and Minnesota food banks threw away the donated game meat this year after a Dr. did a C T scan on 100 packets of meat and said 60% had lead in them. I have to wonder how many times those animals were shot.
