The 2 that I can think of off the top of my head (because I was looking into the same type of bow) was the Fred bear Brave Warrior for $119.99 or the PSE Deer Hunter Package for $219.99. Both available from Cabelas.

The PSE is actually a full sized bow with all the accessories, It is for beginners or advanced people. It is a good entry level bow.
The Bear Brave Warrior is more of an advanced youth or young adult bow but has modules that adjust up to 28" and the MAX poundage it can be set for is 35#. (which is adequate for hunting in most states).
They both come with all the accessories like sights and quiver.

Also, go to a sporting goods store and try them out in person. I would recommend a Cabelas or Bass Pro store first, because of less sales pressure.
I went into a professional archery store once and all they wanted to sell me was very expensive Hoyt or other higher end models.
Not that there is anything wrong with the higher end bows, but it was not what I was looking for and I felt sort of like I was at a car dealership.

Happy Hunting.
